How long is the delivery time?

We endeavor to deliver your order within 1-5 business days.

Can I return my order?

You have 14 days right of return from the date you received your order if the item has not been used.

When is the money withdrawn?

On normal purchases, we only withdraw your money when your order has been dispatched. For pre-orders, we will withdraw the money one week before dispatch.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be transferred after we have received your return package. The amount from your order is in your bank account 2-8 banking days from our receipt of the package.
