Do you ship from Denmark?
All our packages are sent from our warehouse in Copenhagen. It is possible to arrange personal collection at our office, but then you must write to us by email. We always ship with GLS to the nearest parcel shop within 1-3 working days.
Can you cancel your purchase?
You always have 14 days right of cancellation from the day you received the package. You can always contact us to make a return or exchange.
How to wash the bag?
Turn the bag inside out. Wash at 30 degrees as a gentle wash.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free throughout Denmark with insured shipping via GLS 1-3 business days.
